Comcare to Exhibit for the first time

Comcare is acutely aware of the important role that women play in ensuring their family’s health. This often extends beyond the nuclear family to include aging parents and grandparents.

Caring for a loved one who is elderly, frail, chronically ill or disabled can be challenging, especially when you are also juggling the demands of a busy career and home life. On occasion, you may need to take a break from the responsibility of providing care for a loved one. We offer a range of services from our “Looking In” Program™ which gives assistance with activities of daily living, to complex care that may require 24/7 attention, so that your loved one can get the care he or she needs while you get the rest and peace of mind that you need. Our team of nurses, therapists and personal support workers deliver services in private residences, nursing homes and retirement facilities.

“By becoming an exhibitor at The National Women’s Show in Toronto, Comcare is able to get the word out that services exist to help women meet their family’s healthcare needs that extend beyond the hospital or family doctor. This can range from providing much needed respite, to even delaying admission to elder care facilities” says John Hands, Director of National Programs at Comcare.

The National Women’s Show showcases the latest information on a variety of topics including health & wellness, travel & leisure, careers and fashion. It will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on November 5th, 6th, and 7th.

Be sure to stop by the Comcare booth (216) to speak to a representative and learn more about the services that Comcare provides.
